ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

I am Natalie Angeloni and I am a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, mother, self-healer, and visionary.

I have been a self-healer from a young age, always curious about the why. I wanted to understand things at their deepest core. As a teenager, I struggled with depression and, in my early 20s, with panic attacks. I dove into healing myself at the root, without medication or therapy, and unlocked a superpower within me that had lain dormant for years.

Healing from the Inside Out

I am a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach through the School of Embodied Arts. After years of personal development centered around psychology, I sought a deeper dive into somatic healing. This trauma-sensitive practice has allowed me to:

  • Become more intimate with my internal felt senses

  • Release stuck energies and frozen tensions in the body through movement

  • Cultivate a lifestyle of embodied awareness, clearing unseen blocks and limiting beliefs

Compassionate Care Rooted in Embodiment

I am also a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Trauma, Palliative Care, Neurosurgery, and Neuro-Oncology. I have had the privilege of supporting patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Early in my career, I often absorbed their energy, which made me question the sustainability of my work. Through Embodiment, I have learned to honor the patient’s experiences while staying grounded and centered within myself.

Embodiment in Everyday Life

I lead monthly embodiment workshops for healthcare workers, teaching that through embodiment and emotional sensitivity, we can treat patients from a holistic lens.

Perhaps my greatest work is being a mother to two sensitive, intuitive daughters. Motherhood cracked me open to intergenerational patterns and taught me to parent in new ways—step by step, following the breadcrumbs of the embodied path.

My heart is happiest when:

  • Working in my garden

  • Cuddling our cats, Kiwi and Mango

  • Connecting with nature, singing, and dancing with my daughters
